Multiple Respondent Job Report:
The TriMetrix™ Multiple Respondent Job Report is a job benchmark. It compiles the input of up to ten respondents who know the job, and provides a template for specific talent selection for the successful performance of that job. The TriMetrix™ Multiple Respondent Job Report presents the job’s requirements in three separate talent categories: rewards/culture, behavioral traits and personal skills.
Personal Talent Report:
Interviewers agree that the interview process is minimally effective at best. The TriMetrix™ System’s Personal Talent Report provides a summary of a person’s talents to match the identical areas outlined in the TriMetrix™ Job Report.
Job/Talent Comparison Report:
Using this report, hiring managers will be able to compare the results of up to five individual’s Personal Talents to the job benchmark data for a specific position. The personal talents of up to five individuals can also be compared to one another.
