Mr. Szaniawski brings to HRGroup the expertise of a veteran human resource generalist with an eye for detail. He is a management professional with years of experience as the human resources executive for a major public company, a front-line manager, a financial analyst and an operational director. Ted’s human resources credentials are built on a finance foundation. He has a wealth of practical knowledge and a “hands-on” approach to workplace challenges. |

Carolyn Steere- Principal

Ms. Steere brings to HRGroup her talents as an employee relations specialist. With credentials in training and counseling, coupled with extensive experience in Human Resources and Management, Carolyn offers a unique insight into the factors that inhibit productivity or create conflict in the workplace. She is experienced in group facilitation and individual assessment and can provide expertise in the appropriate use of assessment tools in the workplace. Carolyn has the skills, experience and understanding necessary to provide guidance to organizations faced with sensitive human resources challenges, and she gives HRGroup a distinct human relations perspective.
